Refund policy

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos of the issue. Once we review it, we’ll work with you on the best solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another fix depending on the situation.

Every SquaredMichigan item is made individually just for you through our fulfillment partners. Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size changes or ordering the wrong item.

That said, we stand behind our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or not up to the quality standards we expect, we will absolutely make it right.
